I am a largely self-taught digital collage artist and photographer. Although I was always interested in art, I searched for a way to express myself until I discovered collage, and ultimately, digital collage. My collages are influenced by my love of the art and architecture of the past, but also by my interest in travel, history, and mythology. I select vintage texts, images, and textures, recombining them in new ways. I strive to make my finished pieces both visually appealing as well as atmospheric, evoking a specific mood. I have displayed my work in several New Jersey galleries and exhibitions, and have won awards in juried shows. In addition, I have sold a number of my pieces to private collectors.
